The Enthronement of the 72nd Bishop of Exeter

Saturday 2 November, at 3pm

Join us for the Enthronement Service of the new Bishop of Exeter, The Right Reverend Dr Mike Harrison, at Exeter Cathedral on Saturday 2 November, at 3pm.

Following traditions stretching back hundreds of years, the Enthronement Service will feature contributions from local schools and community groups. It will include processions, music and an official welcome, as well as the anointing and enthronement of the new bishop. The service will be followed by a drinks reception.

Exeter Cathedral will open at 1:30pm for the service and we ask that you take your seat by 2:30pm.

A British Sign Language interpreter will be present at this service. You can also watch the service, live with commentary, on our YouTube channel.

Due to capacity restrictions, please note that there are only limited tickets available and only advance ticket and invitation holders will be admitted. Tickets need to be booked on an individual basis and we will be unable to accept group bookings for this service.
