At Exeter Cathedral, our dedicated team offer a range of engaging and entertaining tours, workshops, trails and booklets for educational visits, as well as hosting debates and special services. We also have online digital resources for you to access. Sessions can be designed to fit your learning or curriculum requirements.

Exeter Cathedral is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. The Ven. Nick Shutt holds responsibility for ensuring the Cathedral’s safeguarding policy is regularly reviewed and kept up to date with national guidance.
To book a Cathedral only Tour or Workshop you must give at least 48 hours’ notice to secure the booking. Any booking giving less than 48 hours’ notice will be offered a self-led tour only. For all Joint Tours, including ones with our external partners please give at least 5 working days’ notice.
Roof Tours are for ages 8+ (Year 3/4 upwards) and a maximum of 12 pupils can be taken at a time. These tours usually last at least two hours so if taking two groups please allow for at least four hours.
