Wednesday 1 December: 8am, 1pm, and 6pm
Open Table Network, together with partners House of Rainbow and OneBodyOneFaith, are hosting three World AIDS Day vigils on Wednesday 1st December.
World AIDS Day is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, to show support for people living with HIV, and to commemorate those who have died from an AIDS-related illness. Founded in 1988, it was the first ever global health day.
The 15 minute vigils, held on Zoom at 8am, 1pm, and 6pm, will be a time to gather together online in prayer and reflection to mark 40 years since the first AIDS diagnosis, commemorate the millions of lives lost to HIV, celebrate those living well, and pray for those struggling to get treatment.
To join the vigils at either 8am, 1pm or 6pm on Wednesday 1 December, please follow this Zoom link.
