Exeter Cathedral is to host Election Hustings on Monday 2 December at 19.45, and anyone in the constituency is invited to submit a question for debate.
Doors will open at 19.15, for a 19.45 start.
All six candidates standing for election in the constituency of Exeter have been invited to the hustings.
A full list of those candidates who have accepted the invitation will be published closer to the event.
The Hustings will be chaired by the Dean of Exeter, Very Rev Jonathan Greener. He said it was right that the Cathedral – which has stood at the heart of the city and county for nearly a thousand years – should host the event.
“Encouraging community and civic life is at the heart of our ministry. We invite everyone to come along and ask questions of those who wish to represent us in Parliament.”
Questions for the candidates should be submitted by email to: [email protected]. If there are several questions on the same theme, they will be grouped together for candidates to answer.
