Bishop’s Open Garden

Bishop’s Open Garden

Sundays 30 March, 6 April and 13 April, 2pm-4:30pm

The garden of the Bishop’s Palace is one of the best kept secrets in Exeter. It covers three acres and is one of the most ancient in Devon. Bounded by the old Roman bank and city wall to the east and by the Cathedral to the west, it is a haven of peace in the middle of the city. The Bishop’s Palace will be opening the garden to visitors on Sundays 30 March, 6 April and 13 April from 2pm-4:30pm. There is a suggested donation of £5 for your visit, in aid of Historic Churches Trust.

Tea/coffee and hot cross buns will be served in the Palace Porch.

Please note the garden does not have suitable access for wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
